YEAR END BANQUET

Here are the details for our Year End Banquet.

WHO: All members, their spouses/partners and guests

WHAT: Juan de Fuca LBC Annual Year End Banquet

WHEN: Saturday October 18th, 2025.  Doors open at 6:00 pm

WHERE: Auditorium at the Juan de Fuca 55 + Centre

To confirm attendance, a deposit/payment of $56.00 is required by all attending, with a deadline date of October 11th.

Regular & Student Members: Your deposit will be refunded at the banquet if attending.

Associate Members, Social Members and Guests: Refunds do not apply

If you are planning on attending, please put cash or cheque in an envelope with your name(s) written on the front and deposit the envelope in the event box next to the tag board in the Clubhouse. As a regular member, if you are paying by cheque that includes a guest, an associate or a social member, please make out two cheques and one of them will be refunded at the banquet. 

You may also pay by EFT eventsjdflbc@gmail.com.  If you choose this payment method, all regular members attending will receive cash at the banquet as their refund.

The deadline for receiving deposits/payments is Saturday, October 11th.

Once again our banquet will be catered by Island Culinary Service and we will have a fun live event including music bingo and dancing.  

Cocktail hour: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Dinner: 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm

Presentations: 8:15 pm – 8:30 pm

Entertainment: 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm
